About FixMyCrack:
FixMyCrack is a student-to-student phone and computer repair service that employs skilled students and operates entirely within and around each University, keeping costs low and quality high. We are a social enterprise that has operated for several years at Bristol and Exeter Universities, giving students a trustworthy alternative to the overpriced and unreliable repair shops in the city. We provide full warranty and 24/7 customer service. We meet customers in University or at their residence, fix their phones there and then (using high-quality, sustainably sourced parts), through a completely transparent repair process so they know their data and phone are in good hands.
FixMyCrack works with the host university to set up and sponsor its operations. We offer excellent training to the right students, who learn technical skills and entrepreneurship. FixMyCrack is environmentally aware: we recycle parts and use bicycles for pick-up and delivery.
